    FAQ

After 104 years of successful family jewelry making, we have decided to call it a day. All our customers have given us so much, we have been so lucky and now it is time to return gratitude in the form of high jewelry at very affordable prices before we close for good.

Of course, although we have already closed our physical shop on the 1st of May 2024, the online shop will remain open until the end of the year as will our customer service. Due to the prices and discounts we have set, we will probably run out of stock before the end of 2024.

Of course, our jewellery has and comes with GIA Certificates of Quality and Authenticity for Gold, 925 Sterling Silver and Stones.

There are different ways to check it, we recommend the following options:

    - Make an XFR Report to check with technology the chemical composition of the jewel.

    - Check that the jewel incorporates its certificate of quality and authenticity.

    - Take the jewel to a trusted jewelry shop for its study.

Certainly! Here are some recommendations for keeping your 925 silver, gold, and precious gemstone jewelry in good condition:

    For 925 Silver Jewelry:

Regular cleaning: Use a jewelry polishing cloth or a soft cloth to clean the silver and remove excess dirt.
Avoid contact with chemicals: Remove your jewelry before applying lotions, perfumes, or cleaning products to prevent silver oxidation.
Proper storage: Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. Use jewelry bags or boxes with anti-tarnish lining to prevent oxidation.

    For Gold Jewelry:

Gentle cleaning: Clean gold jewelry with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using hard brushes that may scratch the surface.
Avoid contact with abrasive substances: Remove jewelry before engaging in activities that may expose it to abrasive substances, such as exercise or intensive cleaning.
Separate storage: Store gold jewelry separately to avoid scratches. You can use soft fabric bags or boxes with compartments.

    For Gemstone Jewelry:

Delicate cleaning: Clean gemstones with a soft brush immersed in warm water and mild soap. Dry them carefully.
Avoid impacts and scratches: Store gemstone jewelry in places where they won't come into contact with other hard pieces that could damage them.
Regular inspection: Regularly check the setting of gemstones to ensure they are secure.
Remember that each type of jewelry may require specific care, so it's advisable to follow the manufacturer's instructions or consult with a professional jeweler if you have any doubts.

Determining the size of a ring is crucial to ensure a comfortable fit. Here are some recommendations for measuring your ring size:

Visit a jeweler: The most accurate way to determine your ring size is to visit a jewelry store and request a professional measurement. Jewelers use specialized tools to obtain an accurate measurement.

Use a ring sizer: You can purchase a ring sizer, which is a thin strip with marked sizes. Place the sizer on the finger where you plan to wear the ring and adjust until you find a comfortable fit.

Measure an existing ring: If you already have a ring that fits well on the finger where you plan to wear the new ring, you can measure its inner diameter with a ruler. Then, use a ring size chart to find the corresponding size.

Do it yourself with thread or paper: Wrap a piece of thread around the finger and mark the point where it meets the end. Measure the length of the thread with a ruler and use a size chart to find your size.

Consider the temperature: Ambient temperature can affect the size of your fingers. It's advisable to measure your ring size in a climate similar to the one where you'll regularly wear the jewelry.

Remember that it's important to measure the size on the finger where you plan to wear the ring, as sizes can vary between fingers. Additionally, keep in mind that wider rings tend to have a tighter fit, so you may need to choose a slightly larger size for wider rings.

Due to our retirement we offer Free Shipping nationwide. We will ship your jewelry in 24-48 hours.

Our physical shop says goodbye for good. It has been a pleasure ā¤ļø
